Fully Raw Lunch! hehe well 90% of it cause I had a slice of Toast to scoop out the last bites of this:

#Raw Couscous and Raw Hummus!
No grains, no legumes!

Remember my #cauliflowerRice from the other day? I used the left overs, chopped some kale, mint and parsley, squeezed 1 lemon, added 1 big scoop of Olive Oil, some raisins and some cherry tomatoes. Combined it all and.. Ta-da!

For the #rawHummus I used a peeled #zucchini instead of garbanzos. Mixed it in the food processor with sesame seeds, EVOO, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice and garlic. 

#nomnom!
